Leftovers

I mentioned in my blog on Sunday (September 5) that we had leftover Blackberry Sauce from the chicken recipe. Well, tonight that blackberry sauce made its way over to cover some barbequed salmon. Absolutely delicious! The sauce seemed to have benefitted from its 4-day vacation in the freezer as the taste was more developed and intense. Just some plain brown rice to accompany the salmon along with my favourite spinach recipe - Spinach and Green Peas (see blog dated July 28 for recipe) rounded out tonight's meal.
