Anyone around can tell you their favourite spot for fish n' chips in these parts is Pajo's. Beautiful chunks of halibut (or cod) lightly battered and served in a paper poke atop a mass of golden chips. And, of course, everything always tastes even better when eaten outdoors, which is exactly what we did tonight. A summer's night and fish n' chips on the pier in Steveston is a pretty idyllic way to spend one's Monday night.
