Flippin' Burgers

It was mum and dad's turn to have us over for Sunday dinner - and what a great dinner it was. Salmon Burgers with lots of fresh herbs (chives, tarragon, and basil) served with a garden salad and corn on the cob. All very yummy. This summer even my dad hasn't turned his oven on and kept the integrity of my blog. My dad typically doesn't follow recipes - he just makes it up in his head. So I don't really have a recipe to provide for the salmon burgers. Besides the salmon and herbs, he mentioned there was also panko bread crumbs, and an egg, salt and pepper. The rest you'll have to make up and create your own signature burger.
